

Sulaiman al-Shamikh, Vice President for Human Recourses in Saudia, declared that the main task of this office is to provide top notch service, support, and care to Saudia’s staff, affirming that such a step is completely consistent with the transformational strategy adopted by human resources in Saudia to develop, enhance, and diversify the service offerings.
For his part, Dr. Mohammed Erfan affirmed that the hospital is striving to provide the best service ever to Saudia’s staff though the service office which will work24/7. Dr. Erfan affirmed that the hospital and Saudia have a shared history stretching back over 35 years, averring that the corporatization strategy adopted by Saudia to privatize medical services is definitely bearing fruit in providing world-class medical service to its staff and their families and facilitating all the obstacles that may encounter them.
It is worth noting that Saudia Medical Services (known as MEDICAL), the healthcare provider of Saudi Arabian Airlines and its affiliated entities, has obtained a license from the Ministry of health to operate as a private healthcare services provider. Moreover, Saudia had signed a medical health insurance contract with the Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya).
