Alfursan services available through the unified call centers

Saudi Arabian Airlines launches, on Wednesday 19 Muharram 1433H (corresponding to December 14, 2011), their special services to members of the ALFURSAN loyalty program through the unified call centers. Where services include making reservations and issuing tickets and after-sales services, which include re-open tickets and change itineraries and travel class alongside the services for the issuance of rewards miles tickets.

 

Option number (3) has been allocated for ALFURSAN member services when calling the unified call center (920022222), while the option number (1) for self-services, and option number (2) for the rest of the callers who do not hold membership with ALFURSAN with continuation of the same services provided to them now.

 

 

And for members of ALFURSAN from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who wish to issue rewards miles tickets, they can call on (+966 (12) 6861010). Where, services and membership benefits will be provided directly; in addition to continue to provide the same service through the website of Saudi Arabia.
