The new terminal will be launched on Wednesday 13th of December 2017 to provide SUADIA’s guests a hassle free travel experience. Located in the heart of Jeddah, and opened daily between 10 a.m. and 6p.m., the terminal enable the guests to drop their bags and collect boarding pass with ease 24-8 hours before departure time.

A range of services are available in the 545-square terminal, including 5 check-in counters (one of them is for special needs guests), prayer room, baggage warehouse, and wrapping service. Self-service kiosks are also available there to enable the guests to take advantage of SAUDIA’s special promotions.

Approved baggage must meet size and weight restrictions of Saudia. If the number of pieces of luggage exceeds the weight limit, the passenger will be requested to pay a fee either at the facility or online. Additional baggage allowance for Alfuran and SkyTeam members accepted according to regulations. Guests are not allowed to get the benefits of this facility less than 8 hours before their scheduled departure time.
