SAUDIA Updates its Website to Make Travel Easier for Guests with Special Needs

Saudi Arabian Airlines continues to be at the forefront of digital innovation. Its official website (www.saudia.com) has been updated recently to enhance the booking experience of its guests with special needs. The website now enable them to book their tickets with ease and access to the latest offers and promotions.

Eng. Abdulrahman Al Tayeb, VP Corporate Communication in SAUDIA, declared that the new service is part of the airline’s Transformation Plan which is being implemented in SAUDIA and its affiliates.

“We are proud to provide a premium package of services to our valued guests with special needs. SAUDIA has a long history of successfully working to address the needs of guests with cognitive special needs. A special unit had been established in 1997 to provide them with cutting-edge technologies and services to improve and facilitate their travel experience. Moreover, SAUDIA offers them a 50% discount on tickets, a special check-in counters, highly trained escorts, ultra-modern elevators, in addition to inflight services which include special meals and Brailled safety instructions guide”.

Eng. Al Tayeb affirmed that “with a focus on improving their travel experience, SAUDIA signed an agreement recently with Jeddah University to train and qualify the airline’s staff to provide a top-notch service to our dear guests with special needs”
