Al-Jasser Launching Welcome Lounge

Under the auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah, His Excellency Eng. Saleh N. al-Jasser, the Director General of Saudia, and Mr. Waheeb al-Sahli, Deputy Governor of Madinah launched Welcome Lounge in Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Madinah. The lounge, owned by Saudi Arabian Airlines Catering (SAAC), is the first of its kind in the domestic terminals in the airports of the Kingdom.

After the cut-ribbon ceremony, the guest toured all around the lounged, and enjoyed its world class services, tasty meals, relaxing area, and kids’ zone.

His Excellency the Director General expressed his appreciation to his Royal Highness Prince Faisal for his patronage and supporting the development of air transport system in general and the flag carrier in particular.

“We are honored,” al-Jasser stated, “of providing top-notch services to Madinah thanks to our proudest, qualified young men and women who are motivated to serve our generous country.”

Al-Jasser affirmed that Welcome Lounge is considered to be a radical shift of the service provided to pilgrims and guests of Madinah. He emphasized that Saudia is continuing its growth and development by cooperating with the airport’s administration and governmental bodies to provide the best service ever to Madinah’s residents and vistors.

The Lounge features distinguished suites providing comfort, privacy, and luxury, a fully equipped work space with advanced computers and internet access, flights monitoring screens, open buffet, and kids’ zone.
