SAUDIA urges all travelers who trips were canceled to and from airports southern region on Thursday, 06/06/1436 H corresponding to 03/26/2015 AD, to benefit from its electronic online services to re-booking on one of its scheduled flights to the Southern region, having resumed in full, or retrieve the value of the tickets. All amendment or cancellation fees for all tickets affected by the temporary suspension of flights to the Southern region have been revoked.

Also, travelers who canceled their trips because of this interim procedure can call our Booking Call Center number (920022222) and speak directly with any of  SAUDIA's staff to request the preferred service.
