Update: Based on what has been received from the European Union Delegation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, travellers holding a Schengen visa may enter the Schengen space through any Schengen country.

According to the instructions sent from Saudi Arabia Authorities to the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regarding the new regulation of the European Union states that the entrance to the European Union SCHENGEN Countries can only be done through the country issuing the SCHENGEN visa.

Non European citizens who do not follow these regulations face legal issues and financial fines and deportation back to Saudi Arabia.

Based on that, all passengers must be informed to commit to these regulations immediately, when they make booking or issue tickets to all the European Union SCHENGEN Countries, otherwise they will be held responsible for violating these regulations.
