Applying new mechanism for submitting passenger complaints

In our continuous effort to improve the work processes, a new mechanism has been applied for submitting passenger complaints. THE Electronic Contact Form generates a reference number via SAUDIA website, instead of submitting passenger complaints through CR E-mail.

 

This is effective from 3rd of May 2015.
