Terms and Conditions

  • Gold, Silver Fursan, and Elite Plus members, as well as First and Business class passengers, have complimentary access to the lounge. Economy class passengers can request this lounge service.
  • This service can be added throughout the booking flow, manage booking and during check-in. it is only valid for the selected flight
  • This service may be paid for in any form of payment approved by SAUDIA.
  • Access to the lounge is limited to 4 hours prior to the original departure time and cannot be used/reused thereafter.
  • Infants accompanied by an adult are invited to use the lounge for free.
  • Once a purchase has been accepted and processed by SAUDIA, no changes or refunds are permitted.
  • In the event of any unforeseen disruption circumstances, SAUDIA will take the necessary actions to accommodate all guests. However, requesting an involuntary change/refund is permitted upon flight delays/cancellations.
  • In the event of a No-Show, the voucher will lose its value.
  • By requesting the service, you acknowledge, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the General Rules of Carriage.
