Terms & Conditions for "Saudia Flight Pass"

Flight Pass is a subscription plan that allows you to travel to a wide range of remarkable destinations at a fixed competitive rate on Saudia’s direct flights.

• The service is available for purchase as a 12-month agreement with a fixed amount per cycle (three months). Moreover, it is automatically renewable after one year with an option for cancellation only 4 weeks prior to the end of the subscription renewal date.
• You can always select the plan that is most suitable for your needs and subscribe to the service through the (Flight Pass website).
  • The option to opt out and terminate the agreement without incurring any additional fees is permitted within 14 days on the condition that no flight was booked using the same subscription. Other than that, after agreeing to the plan, it is unattainable to terminate the agreement.
• The service is available for you if you have completed 18 years and above.
• All subscriptions are individual, and the quota and/or tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged to another person.
• The registered card will be charged (by SAUDIA’s partner) in each cycle on day 1 of the month, and the payment should be through SAUDIA’s approved credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX).
  • The subscription charges include the VAT.
• The flight quota will subsequently be updated to be redeemed on eligible flights following a successful payment.
  • If the payment is not processed for any reason, the whole subscription will be automatically put on hold as inactive until the card details are updated.
  • It is important to point out that the quota is refreshed every three calendar months, and any unredeemed quota will be automatically expired in the next cycle. Additionally, any subscription that occurs on a day of the month will be considered a full month during that cycle.

• Other airport fees and taxes are not included in the monthly subscription fees and will be collected upon redemption, and the fare is designed to align with Saudia’s branded fares (Basic Brand) following the same conditions in fees, seat selection, and baggage allowance.
• Ticket redemption can only be processed through the (Flight Pass website), using any Saudia approved cards.
• The flight must be booked at least three days prior to their departure date using the available balance.
• Currently, in the subscription, flights must be on round-trip basis between the following airports/cities:
  • (Jeddah & Riyadh), (Jeddah & Dammam), (Gizan & Riyadh), (Abha & Riyadh), and (Tabuk & Riyadh).
• Flight changes & tax refunds can be done digitally from the website or from any Saudia channel.
• Flight changes are permitted with fees, while a higher fee will be imposed in the event of a no-show. Voluntary refund to quota is not permitted with an option to refund taxes with no charges.
  • Change fees are dynamic based on seasonality starting from (SAR150) to maximum of (SAR400) + VAT.
• While performing refunds, the amount of refundable unused taxes will be processed in the same currency and the same payment method as at purchase. All refund requests can be done digitally through the website.
• “SAUDIA” reserves the right to deny any passenger for safety reasons. Guests who do not comply with approved safety instructions will lose their eligibility for the refund.
• In the event of any misuse (including any use that breaches these terms and conditions, or any violations of rights or fake identities or fraud), “SAUDIA” reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at its sole discretion at any time.
• In case of circumstances beyond SAUDIA’s control or any unforeseen flight disruptions, “SAUDIA” will take all necessary measures to accommodate all guest requests. Nevertheless, requests for involuntary changes or refunds will be allowed in case of flight delays or cancellations according to Saudia’s policies.

By submitting this request and paying for the service, I agree to all SAUDIA’s terms and conditions in addition to the general rules of carriage.
