Terms & Conditions:

  • Tier Credits or Credits are the status points earned by traveling on Saudia and airline partners.
  • "Flights" is the number of eligible flights that have been completed.
  • Upon registration in Alfursan Program, Members are automatically enrolled in the Green Tier and given a Membership number.
  • There are three tiers of membership in Alfursan Program: Green (basic), Silver (Elite) and Gold (Elite Plus).
  • Upgrading to the higher membership Silver (Elite) or Gold (Elite Plus) depends on the number of Tier Credits earned from qualified flights or the number of Flights during one calendar year.
  • To maintain your Silver (Elite) or Gold (Elite Plus) membership Tier, a member must achieve the number of Tier Credits or Flights needed during one calendar year. In case of failure to achieve that, the membership tier will be downgraded to the lower tier.
  • The validity of the Green Membership Card is valid for life (no expiry date), while Silver (Elite) or Gold (Elite Plus) Cards are valid for one calendar year starting on 1 January and ending on 31 December.
  • Saudia, represented by Alfursan management, reserves the right to (change/amend) the regulations, terms and conditions of (upgrading/downgrading) the membership tier without prior notice.
  • In the case of an upgrade or downgrade of tier membership during a flight, your Reward Miles bonus will change starting from your next flight.
  • Tier upgrade might take up to 48 hours.
  • In the case of a member being unable to maintain their membership tier level, the downgrade will be reflected on the 1st of January of the next year.

On international flights, the Silver membership holder can host up to three family members according to the class of travel. The gold membership holder can host up to three family members and one guest according to the class of travel. Family and guests cannot enter Washington Dulles International Airport Lounge.
