Kindly be informed that if your ticket including a flight connection with another airline carrier, kindly check with the baggage policy for the other airline carrier.

For Zamzam water allowance:
Kindly be advised that Saudia accepts Zamzam water as a complimentary (Free of charge to carry) 5 liter (1 Gallon) for all passengers who traveling from Jeddah to Medina only as a checked in baggage.
On the other hand, please be informed that the rest of passengers who will travel from other Domestic station to another Domestic or International stations, are allowed to carry Zamzam water as checked baggage within their free baggage allowance
Regarding to the Hand / carry on baggage allowance, kindly be advised that Saudi Arabian Airlines Saudia allows each passenger to carry a certain amount of hand luggage according to the class of travel, and are under the custody and responsibility of the passenger. All Hand luggage may be placed in the upper shelves within the aircraft.
